India first, then China Deputy Prime Minister Kamal Thapa., Who returned from an official visit to the northern neighbour yesterday, said Prime Minister KP Oli would first visit India, and then China. Thapa told BBC Nepali Service that the government is preparing for Prime Minister's visit to India. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had invited Oli to India when Modi called Oli to congratulate him on being appointed Nepal's Prime Minister, three months ago. But sources close to the Prime Minister say that Oli will visit India only after India lifts its three-month-long economic blockade on Nepal.
